Financial Engagement & Resolution Executive (Recovery & Collections)

Role Highlights:

Engage with international learners via calls & emails

Explain payment timelines and resolution options

Maintain CRM records and compliance standards

Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and ethical communication standards

Clearly explain payment structures, timelines, and resolution options

Track payment commitments and ensure resolution within defined SLAs

Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records

Requirements:

Experience in financial engagement / collections & recovery (mandatory) - Minimum 3 years

Target-driven & comfortable with remote work

Experience handling international learners or global clients is strongly preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and empathy

Achieve monthly and quarterly resolution targets contributing to variable pay eligibility
