Financial Due Diligence :
- Years of exp: CA: 6.5 – 9 years, non-CA: 9 – 15 years
- Core focus on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) within M&A transactions
- Financial analysis including EBITDA, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, QoE
- Buy side and sell side deal advisory support
- Candidates must have hands on FDD / deal advisory experience
- FP&A / budgeting profiles will not be considered
- Team management
Transactional diligence
- Years of exp: CA: 6.5 – 9 years, non-CA: 9 – 15 years
- Strong expertise in Power BI / Alteryx / data analytics tools
- Understanding of M&A lifecycle required
- Some flexibility on pure FDD experience, but data proficiency is critical
