JiBe, a dynamic SaaS B2B product company, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead and manage its finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting of the entire JiBe corporate structure, which operates across five locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and a proven track record in the tech industry. The Finance Director will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and overseeing the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement the company's strategic plans. Providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, those with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification are preferred.
- Work experience: at least 7 years of experience in financial management, and more than two years of experience in a SaaS product company.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in strategic planning and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
