Role Description

This is a full-time position for the role of Financial Controller, located on-site in Gurugram. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and conducting financial analyses. The role also includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, providing strategic insights, and supporting financial decision-making to optimize the company's financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
• Advanced Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Experience with financial management software and tools is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial control or related roles in an industrial or engineering company is a plus
