Position: Financial Controller (FC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial control within the organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
