● Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles

● Deliver accurate financial statements aligned with Indian GAAP and regulatory standards

● Provide timely financial reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders

Audit & Compliance

● Drive statutory, tax, and internal audits as the primary point of contact for auditors

● Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements

● Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements

Taxation

● Oversee all tax filings, assessments, reconciliations, and related documentation

● Stay updated on evolving tax regulations and assess business impact

● Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and income tax compliance

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

● Manage treasury operations, optimise working capital, and maintain liquidity planning

● Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor variances

● Manage relationships with banking and financial partners

Process & Systems Improvement

● Drive automation and efficiency across accounting and reporting workflows

● Support implementation, enhancement, and adoption of ERP / financial systems
