The key responsibility of this role is to lead location finance and partner with business to achieve the location performance
Key deliverables:
- Partnering with business team for important business discussions like customer acquisition, credit limits, vendor negotiations etc.
- Accurate & Timely monthly MIS reporting to the corporate finance & location head
- Timely closure of TB for quarterly/yearly statutory audits & internal audits with no adverse audit observations
- In-depth Revenue / Cost analysis / Segmental profitability of each unit/ Business segment, comparisons, bench marking and come up with controlling initiatives
- Review and circulate the customer level profitability and advice business on EBIDTA improvement plans
- Close control over invoicing, debtors position; achieving collection and DSO targets
- Timely closure of all Internal Audit observations/recommendations
- To take up and work on specific projects to bring about changes / transformation.
Required Skills and Aptitudes
- This position being part of the Business finance accounting and reporting, is expected to have / develop a complete understanding of the business operations of the vertical and working knowledge of the relevant statutes, commercial understanding of the product offering and the tariffs/ costs/ profitability etc.
- Candidate should be young, dynamic, self-motivated & high degree of passion to solve the issues and derive long term solutions
- Should be able to work closely with Facility head to grow the business and improve profitability.
- Expected to have high inter-personal, Managerial and communication skills and should be willing and ready to work in co-ordination and collaboration with all the business units and the various departments.
- Be innovative, pro-active and dynamic to the ever-changing business scenario.
- Be a change manager to suggest and bring about transformation in adaptation to the Company's digital objectives.
