About the Company:
Snackible, one of India's fastest-growing healthy snacks brands, is looking for a sharp, hands on Finance Controller to own and lead our finance function as we scale rapidly across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Head and manage the Finance function end to end for the organization
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, compliance, and controls
- Prepare and manage financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecast and financial models.
- Drive financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability strategies
- Work extensively on Excel & Google Sheets for analysis, tracking, and reporting & tally for financial data
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
Eligibility:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong articleship experience OR CA-Finalist with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent academic background with strong fundamentals in finance & accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Understanding & fundamentals of tally are a must
- Prior experience in startups, FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing setups is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
- Based out of Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai
