Qualification: Chartered Accountant – Qualified in 2008 (Mandatory)

RK Group, in collaboration with a leading marketplace, is setting up a new e-commerce venture focused on electronics (mobiles) and fashion. We are looking for a hands-on finance leader to drive execution excellence during the initial phase of this venture.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end finance operations and controllership (AP, AR, GL, inventory, revenue recognition)
• Hands-on GST execution including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2B vs Books reconciliation
• GST on returns, credit notes, and debit notes; vendor GST follow-ups
• Marketplace reconciliations covering collections, claims, deductions, and settlements as per SLA
• Returns / RTV and debit-credit note accounting
• Inventory and stock reconciliations; working capital control
• Month-end closure, accurate books, and audit-ready financial statements
• Handling statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Strict SOP adherence and compliance discipline

Who Should Apply

• Chartered Accountant qualified in 2008 with 12–18 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years in an e-commerce, trading, or retail environment
• Strong exposure to GST execution, reconciliations, inventory, and marketplace operations
• Comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented, repetitive execution work
• Ownership-driven and low-ego working style

Role Focus

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role.

It is not a strategy, FP&A, business finance, or advisory position.
