Job Description
Finalization of accounts and oversight of statutory, audit, and compliance matters.
Store profitability analysis, margin analysis, and business performance reviews.
Inventory, costing, working capital, and cash flow management.
ERP, MIS, and internal control enhancements.
Ensure timely payments and accurate filing of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, and LWF.
Work independently, mentor the finance team, and act as a strategic finance partner to management.
Provide financial insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management decision-making.
Ideal Profile
CA / MBA (Finance) qualification will be advantageous.
Demonstrated potential to grow into a CFO-level role.
Chartered Accountancy (C.A), Chartered Accountancy Inter (C.A Inter)
