ProcIndex is building a full-stack accounting firm powered by AI agents.

We combine accounting expertise with AI agents that operate across accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close. Our agents work inside the ERP systems companies already use, including Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

The goal is simple: help finance teams close faster, collect cash faster, process invoices accurately, and maintain better controls without adding manual headcount.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chartered Accountant in Accounting Operations.

You will work across AP, AR, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end close for global clients. The role involves reviewing accounting exceptions, validating ERP data, preparing schedules and reconciliations, documenting accounting decisions, supporting client onboarding, and working with our product team to improve ProcIndex's AI agents.

This is a strong fit for a CA who wants to work beyond traditional audit/tax roles and build expertise in global accounting operations, ERP systems, and AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, monthly close, and accounting controls
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Zoho Books.
• Ability to review invoices, vendor records, PO matches, customer balances, payments, reconciliations, and close items
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Clear written communication and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and strong accounting judgment
• Experience with global clients, outsourced accounting, controllership, audit support, US GAAP, or IFRS is a plus
• Interest in accounting automation and AI tools is a plus
