Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
• Lead month/quarter/year-end close for cost centers including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare and present Flash reports, MBR/QBR packs, and executive financial insights with clear variance analysis
• Maintain driver-based financial models (FTE, seat cost, service lines, sites)
• Partner with business leaders on AOP planning and forecasting cycles
Transfer Pricing, Chargebacks & Allocations
• Manage transfer pricing processes including cost pooling, mark-ups, and quarterly true-ups
• Govern chargeback models, allocation drivers, rate cards, and dispute resolution mechanisms
• Maintain intercompany agreements (MSA, SOW, addendums) and ensure audit-ready documentation
Value Capture & Commercial Analytics
• Track and validate value realization from sourcing, automation, and operational initiatives
• Conduct vendor spend analytics and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Build cost-to-serve and unit economics insights to support business decisions
Controls, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure strong SOX controls, documentation, and audit readiness
• Maintain financial master data integrity and governance
• Support statutory and transfer pricing documentation with Tax and Legal teams
