Financial Controller

Purpose of the role: -

Responsible for overseeing financial statements, ensuring compliance with exchange regulations for listed entity, managing statutory audits, and related activities.

Experience: Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 4 years of experience

Functional Responsibilities: -

• Preparation of Ind AS Financial statement & related activities.

Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit.

• Preparation & submission of quarterly financial results as per SEBI LODR regulations to the respective exchanges of a listed entity.
• Preparation and review of EIR, ECL and other Ind AS accounting and adjustments.
• Regulatory & Compliance related certifications.
• Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines
• Liaising with internal department for tax, governance, compliance matter etc.
