Job Description

Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance of the organization.
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with auditors as required.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting and finance team.

The Successful Applicant

Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 12 years of Industry with experience in the Finance and Accounting function OR must have worked at Big 4 audit firms (in their audit discipline).
Strong preference for experience in working in a global environment as part of a multinational company.
Experience in data centers/telecommunications/real estate or digital infrastructure sectors and worked along in development and construction projects is preferred.
Experience in project finance and raising thirdparty debt is an added advantage.
Strong core financial reporting skills covering consolidation, financial reporting, management reporting, ICFR and FP&A.
Must have experience in working with established ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc. Being part of an ERP implementation team is beneficial.
