Job Description

Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimise financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

CA with 9-12 years of post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
