Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Kochi. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and analyzing financial performance to provide actionable insights. Additionally, the Financial Controller will work closely with the leadership team to assist in financial decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CA is a plus)
- Familiarity with financial management software and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is a plus
