Financial Controller

Reporting to: Founder and CEO of Subsidiary entity at Coimbatore

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

Qualification and Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA); 10+ years

Other Experience: Experience of working in a listed company while initially working in a start-up environment.

Role Purpose

The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, statutory and regulatory compliance, and seamless accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership skill – handling teams and dealing with cross-teams, smooth interface with auditors, consultants and business heads
• Business acumen while understanding SAAS based service offering environment
• Good articulation and communication skills
• Strong sense of technology including Ai
• Strong belief in SOPs, Process, Policies and Internal Controls
• Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and reporting requirements.
• Compliance & Regulatory oriented approach
• Understanding of direct taxes/GST/Labour Laws
