Role: Finance Manager (Cash Flow Management )

Working Hours: 09:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will serve as a Finance Manager to senior management, responsible for driving financial discipline, capital efficiency, and cost governance to support sustainable business growth in a premium manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fund raising activities with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive cost control, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
• Prepare and present MIS, financial insights, and strategic reports for leadership decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and financial consultants at a strategic and review level
• Strengthen financial controls while supporting business scalability and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile must required:

Minimum 5+ years of experiencein:

Fund raising & capital management

Budgeting & financial planning

Cost control & cost optimization

• Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory(Jewellery manufacturing experience will be an added advantage)
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership presence, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership
