About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Finance Controller for a leading hotel group across Ahmedabad, Dehradun and Roorkee.

This is a finance leadership role involving complete property-level finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting

• Oversee AP, AR, Income Audit, Payroll and General Ledger

• Drive cost control and profitability analysis

• Manage cash flow, working capital and internal controls

• Work closely with operations and senior management

• Lead and manage the property finance team

Preferred Candidate

CA / Semi-qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance

Strong Finance & Accounts / Controllership experience

Hotel or hospitality experience preferred

Strong exposure to budgeting, MIS, cost control and reporting

Team management experience preferred

Exposure to Opera/PMS, IDS, SAP, Excel or Power BI will be an advantage
