About the job:

Equity 360 is hiring a Financial Consultant to support our finance and investment banking operations. In this role, you'll manage accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and audits for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial functions.

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Time: 09:30AM - 06:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

You will work under the guidance of a senior CFO/Partner and will manage finance functions for assigned

client accounts. Responsibilities include:

Accounting & Compliance

1. Ensure end-to-end accounting for client companies (using software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
2. Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and ROC filings
3. Support and/or independently manage tax audits, statutory audits, PF/ESI audits, etc.

Financial Reporting

1. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
2. Create management reports and dashboards
3. Assist in variance analysis and reconciliation tasks

Audit & Internal Controls

1. Participate in and lead multiple audits (statutory, tax, internal)
2. Draft audit reports and communicate with auditors
3. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Financial Modelling & Budgeting

1. Prepare basic financial models, projections, and budgets
2. Perform ratio analysis, break-even analysis, and other financial analysis

3. Support client decision-making with financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. CA Inter or CA Final (appeared); Article ship completed
2. 34 years of work experience in accounting, finance, and audits
3. Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance
4. Exposure to financial modelling, budgeting, and MIS reporting
5. Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and cloud accounting platforms like Zoho Books or QuickBooks
6. Good communication skills and ability to handle clients independently

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience in client servicing or working with multiple businesses
2. Knowledge of startup finance and VC-funded company compliance
3. Working knowledge of tools like Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Google Sheets
