Financial Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Financial Consultant to join our leading broking company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients through open market sales and generating leads for Demat account openings. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers by opening Demat and Trading Accounts, as well as generating business through Mutual Funds, Equity, and PMS products. Your ability to cross-sell financial products to both existing and new clients will be essential in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients through open market sales and generate leads for Demat account opening. - Open Demat & Trading Accounts and onboard new customers. - Generate business through Mutual Funds, Equity, and PMS products. - Cross-sell financial products to existing and new clients. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. - Identify potential investors and understand their investment requirements. - Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Products. Experience in open market sales, field sales, or Demat account acquisition will be an advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential, along with a target-oriented mindset and comfort in sales. Freshers with a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
