  • Manage petty cash accounting and reconciliations.
  • Prepare payment schedules and coordinate timely releases to vendors, artists, freelancers, and crew members.
  • Handle GST compliance, filing support, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Maintain TDS records and coordinate deductions as per applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and taxation requirements.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and external consultants whenever required.
  • Maintain records required for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Monitor changes in taxation and compliance regulations relevant to the business.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of financial records and production accounts.
  • Verify financial accuracy and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Develop and implement financial control systems to reduce errors and risks.
  • Ensure all company expenditures are supported by proper documentation.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and project-wise financial reports.
  • Generate expense reports, budget utilization reports, and financial summaries.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, contracts, agreements, and payment documents.
  • Prepare management reports and financial insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure founders and management have access to updated financial information whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial management.

  • A person who is proactive, process-driven, and capable of identifying financial risks before they become problems.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and support management in financial decision-making.
  • A candidate who believes that every rupee spent should be properly documented, justified, and accounted for.
