Position - Financial Associate
Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in drafting annual budgets, operating plans, and reforecasts as required.
- Develop, maintain, and present financial models to senior management, ensuring clarity and strategic insight.
- Assist in creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS reports and related presentations.
- Lead and support fund-raising deal execution activities, including due diligence, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and closure of transactions.
- Prepare clean, impactful, Board-ready presentations for senior leadership and investors.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses based on stakeholder requirements.
- Track key managerial metrics (financial and operational), identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate financial implications of business activities and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to MIS reporting, financial forecasting, and stakeholder management.
- Proven expertise in financial model development and presentation.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to evaluate financial trends, forecasts, and strategic opportunities.
- Ability to think strategically, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Excellent system skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing Board-level presentations and supporting senior management decision-making.
