Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with company objectives.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate business performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support strategic decision-making and identify competitive opportunities.

Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
