Job Title : Finance Analyst

Location: India (Remote)

Job Summary

Univedge is seeking a Finance Analyst on a contractual basis to support financial planning, investment analysis, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling skills and experience supporting equity fundraising, cash flow forecasting, and investor-related financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cash flow and financial models for business planning and investments.
• Support equity fundraising activities and investor financial analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and business insights.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Work closely with leadership on strategic finance initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
• Knowledge of equity fundraising and investment analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Work Schedule

• Remote (India) – Night Sift
• Flexible working hours between 06:00 PM IST and 06:00 AM IST (US time), based on project and business requirements.
