Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Financial Analyst specializing in Trading and Taxation. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing financial plans, conducting financial analysis, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include monitoring trading activities, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting decision-making with actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance concepts
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate data
• Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Sound knowledge of trading and taxation principles
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and wealth management.

Experience in trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk.

Familiarity with NISM certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).

Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

Understanding of taxation for equity and crypto transactions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience in corporate actions, trade processing, or equity dealing
