Financial Analyst

Sikka Rastogi & Company (SRC), Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has 4–5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm, is comfortable handling assignments independently, enjoys solving problems, and is keen to take ownership of client work.

• Handling Income Tax compliances, including ITR preparation, tax computations, TDS matters, assessments and related submissions
• Managing GST compliances, including returns, reconciliations, notices and advisory matters
• Conducting and assisting in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and other assurance assignments
• Reviewing books of accounts, financial statements and supporting schedules
• Handling client queries and identifying practical solutions to tax, accounting and compliance issues
• Coordinating directly with clients for information, documentation and closure of assignments
• Supporting the firm on advisory, financial review and other professional assignments
• Ensuring timely completion of statutory and client deliverables
• Guiding and reviewing work performed by junior team members, wherever required

• 4–5 years of experience in a CA firm
• Strong working knowledge of Income Tax, GST and Audit
• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Ability to independently analyse issues and provide solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

We would particularly value someone who does not merely work through checklists, but is curious about the why behind a transaction or issue, can identify gaps, and is willing to take an assignment from problem identification to resolution.
