This position is for an upcoming Titanium Business in Joint Venture with a US Based Company to be established in India. This being a new business requires you to design business model for a manufacturing setup nearby coastal areas.

Location: Kolkata (Candidates who are willing to relocate only apply)

Requisites and job knowledge

• Analyzing Financial Data
• Taking into account company's goal & Financial Standing
• Insights on Joint Venture Terms and Conditions
• Coordination with Joint Venture Company
• Financial Statement
• Financial Modelling and develop it, conduct benchmarking & process Analysis
• Cost Reduction and Financial Performance
• Assembling & Summarizing structure report on Financial status and risk
• Conduct business studies & develop forecast
• Reconcile transactions by comparing & correcting Data
• Market Research, Analysis and Report Preparation
• ROI and IRR Analysis
• Co-Ordination and follow up

Education :-

• Qualification MBA (Operation/Strategy/Business Analysis/Business Model/Finance)

B.Tech (chemical)

Skill :-

• Excellent Computer Skill and Communication Skill specially in English & Hind

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant areas.
