Responsibilities

• The candidate should have a history in insurance & worker compensation and be well-versed in insurance policies, including those pertaining to employer's liability, auto liability, worker compensation, and general liability.

• Assist operation provide our customer with the certificate of insurance in accordance with their coverage needs

• Use vendor management software to handle insurance certificates and process departmental invoices.

• Maintain an accurate database by using vendor management software for claims. If discrepancies are found, collaborate with the vendor to amend their system.

• Prepare the work wage sheet of the injured worker for our vendor

• Resolve tickets in My Service Center with quality customer service.

• Work independently with the US state for monopolistic state fillings and self insurance and pay premiums on schedule.

• Apply approved variances in point-of-sale system and manage off-site records coordination.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance & worker compensation

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrates professional maturity and emotional balance under stress.

• Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.

• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
