Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Operations Analyst - Microsoft Office to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on Microsoft Office tools like Word. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, and no prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute expert-level input and feedback on Microsoft 365 tools, focusing on Word, to enhance AI training projects.

• Analyze and document current operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, clarify requirements, and co-create best practices.

• Develop and maintain documentation to support AI training projects.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in AI training projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, and ability to apply this expertise to AI training projects.

• Experience with process improvement and workflow analysis, with a focus on operational optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
