Financial Modelling & Valuation

• Build financial models to assess project viability (ROI, IRR, NPV).
• Estimate acquisition costs, development costs, and projected returns.
• Support pricing negotiations with data-backed insights.

Market Research & Opportunity Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics
• Identify high-potential locations for expansion (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.)
• Conduct feasibility studies (financial, legal, and operational)
• Use tools like GIS mapping, demographic data, and financial models
