The Financial Analyst Manager/Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making with Client. This position is responsible for delivering advanced financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk management to support the development and execution of high-value residential and commercial projects. The role aligns with Client's vision of creating sustainable and modern living spaces, ensuring financial efficiency and strategic alignment with the company's urban development goals.
You'll be responsible for:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Conduct detailed investment analysis for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with Client strategic priorities.
Prepare and present financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, to the Business Head and senior leadership.
Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights for project planning and investment decisions.
Collaborate with project teams to assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis tools to streamline financial reporting and enhance decision-making processes.
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary and profitability targets.
Support the adoption of eco-friendly practices and technologies by evaluating their financial impact on project costs and returns.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with operational goals and sustainability initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and reporting within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis specific to large-scale residential and commercial projects.
