WE ARE HIRING | Financial Analyst – Payroll Operations

We are looking for a Financial Analyst – Basic with 1–3 years of experience in Payroll Operations and Salary Processing to join our team for a leading financial services organization.

Location: Mumbai – NKP (Work from Office)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Contract Duration: 8 Months (Extension possible based on performance)

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for APAC locations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for payroll and employee offboarding inputs and documentation.
• Work closely with payroll and offboarding vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams for payroll fund arrangements.
• Prepare and share payroll reports with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and tax year-end activities.
• Follow established SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of payroll-related issues.

Mandatory Skills:

Payroll Operations (India/APAC payroll preferred)

Salary Processing

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel – formulas, data management, and handling large datasets.

Good to Have:

• SAP knowledge
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, calculation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
