Role Description
Financial Analyst
Reports to: Senior FP&A Analyst | Location: India (with collaboration across US teams)
We are looking for a
Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a critical role in driving insights, shaping strategy, and supporting decision-making across a global, high-growth SaaS business. This role will focus on
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with exposure to executive reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives supporting our
US-based operations.
What You'll Do
Report Results & Drive Insights
- Own topline KPI reporting and analysis for weekly management meetings
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly board packages for investors.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
Forecast the Future
- Analyze product lines, customer segments, and business units to understand performance drivers and forecast results
- Build and refine financial models aligned with US-based revenue, cost structures, and business operations
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions
Create Value & Improve Performance
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement through pricing strategies and cost efficiencies
- Define, refine, and track KPIs that drive operational and financial performance
- Benchmark company performance against industry peers and competitors
- Leverage data and systems to recommend improvements to internal processes and decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 13 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, or consulting in a fast-paced environment
- US Finance Knowledge: Working knowledge of US GAAP fundamentals, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships.
- Working knowledge of US-based accounting principles.
- Business structures, Strong grasp of operating expense structures in US-based companies (Technology, SAAS)
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Systems & Data: Experience extracting and structuring data from systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial insights to US-based stakeholders across time zones Mindset: Strong analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

The starting salary range for this role is
