Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze company expenses to identify major spending patterns and suggest effective cost-control measures.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to assist management in data-driven decision-making.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain large, complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Variance & Trend Analysis: Perform variance analysis to highlight unusual spending and track operational costs through detailed expense breakdown reports.
- Accounting Operations: Reconcile accounts, invoices, and payment records while maintaining organized financial documentation for compliance.
- Strategic Support: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to improve overall financial health.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of professional experience in Accounts, Finance, or Data Analysis.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data modeling, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally and Zoho.
- Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, smart problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying financial discrepancies.
