The ideal candidate will analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers and variances, develop forecasts and scenario analyses, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and business teams to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, maintain KPI dashboards, support month-end close and audit requirements, and enhance overall financial visibility and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is expected to execute the following responsibilities:
- Financial Planning, Analysis & Forecasting:
- Lead and support monthly financial planning and analysis, including revenue accruals, forecasting, and project profitability analysis.
- Analyze actual performance versus budget and forecast, identify key variances, and provide clear explanations of business drivers, trends, and performance gaps.
- Develop and evaluate financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses based on changing business conditions and management requirements.
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, financial reporting, and business processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risk.
- Support the communication and implementation of changes to business practices, financial processes, and procedures, including training internal employees where required.
- Management Reporting & Dashboards:
- Support the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and management reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical balance sheet metrics.
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial information and management presentations for periodic Executive Leadership Team reviews.
- Perform ad-hoc financial and business analysis and provide actionable insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of management decision-making.
- Month-End Close, Audit & Compliance:
- Provide support for month-end close and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial information.
- Liaise with relevant teams to support audit, compliance, and statutory requirements, ensuring timely availability and accuracy of required financial information.
- Business Partnering & Strategic Communication:
- Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders and business partners to understand financial requirements, manage expectations, and deliver relevant insights and solutions.
- Identify emerging financial and operational trends and proactively communicate potential risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Qualification Options:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, OR
- CA Inter with 6–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong expertise in core financial focus areas: Financial Planning & Analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting, Revenue Accruals, Project Profitability, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Internal Controls, KPI Dashboards, Audit & Compliance, and Business Partnering.
- Proven capability in analyzing financial performance variances, developing scenario analyses, and delivering actionable financial insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
- Ability to identify operational risks/opportunities, support change management, and drive process improvements.
