Financial Analyst

We're looking for a chartered accountant with 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar business intelligence role. To drive accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting for the company, enabling leadership to make informed decisions on sales, margins, costs and working capital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly MIS Financial Statements: Ensuring that the company's financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, are accurate and prepared on time on monthly basis (including consolidated financial statements

• Timely deliverables to management: Timely circulation and presentation of monthly presentation to management

• Perform Trend and Variance Analysis – provide variance analysis vs budget, vs Previous Year and vs Previous months or quarter

• Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

• Data crunching and analysis - Design different visuals/dashboard for presenting given set of data

• Develop management dashboards for senior managements

• Data automation and continuous process improvement to reduce the manual interventions and to improve data integrity

• Ensure data accuracy from ERP system

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience

• Work-experience in manufacturing company is must.

• Strong knowledge on Excel including advanced excel and power-point

• Working knowledge on Oracle

• Working knowledge on Power BI, Tableu, Power Pivot would be added advantage

• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
