Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Analyst supporting India's Future Investors. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data related to show concepts, participant performance, and investment scenarios, and help design realistic, engaging money-based challenges. Daily tasks include building financial models, reviewing financial statements, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing insights on risk, return, and cash flow in various game setups. The role involves collaborating with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure financial scenarios are accurate, understandable, and compelling for a broad audience. The Financial Analyst will also support budgeting and forecasting for the show, track key performance indicators, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in working with Financial Statements to analyze profitability, cash flow, and overall financial health.
• Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools, and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders in written and verbal form.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, media or entertainment-oriented environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
