As a
Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving improvement related to the business metrics. You should be able to quickly understand the matter at hand, gather the relevant data and information from the relevant internal and/or external stakeholders, do the analysis and present a time-bound action-plan to resolve the problem.
What You Will Do
- Analysing raw data, performing analytics and making meaningful insights for decision-making purpose
- Handling and integrating large volumes of data
- Automating workflows and building tools to solve business problems
- Building a great camaraderie with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Need To Have
- An MBA and/ or a CA
- 3-5 years of experience working as an Analyst
- Experience working with a high-paced E-com/ Health-Tech/ Product-based startup. Candidates working with a CA-Firm or a big MNC/ BPO will not be considered.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert data into meaningful information
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
- Loves numbers including the financial data
