Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, business performance metrics, and market trends.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for projects and investments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 1-3 years or more) in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
