Financial Analyst II

Summary:

Supports strategic business decisions by forecasting, creating metrics, analyzing trends, and performing analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Transition and manage month-end close finance reporting and activities using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, IBM TM1, Cognos, and Oracle. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Proactively identify optimization and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase controllership. Work with automation experts as needed.
• Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in identifying and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• A degree at the Bachelor level or higher.
• 8 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or accounts receivable backend operations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in understanding SQL Queries and Excel Macros.
• Hands-on experience with tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
