Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support Corporate Accounting, Finance and Tax teams. You will help deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, support the month-end close process, prepare financial statements, and assist with U.S. state and indirect tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries (payroll, fixed assets, prepaids).
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any issues.
• Prepare U.S. state reporting packages and ensure compliance.
• Review reporting data, identify trends, and improve reporting processes.
• Support indirect tax filings, including sales and use tax.
• Maintain monthly tax workbooks and verify data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for procurement requests and follow-ups.
• Support ad hoc reporting, data pulls, and analysis for finance, accounting and tax teams.
• Document processes and create simple guides to support repeat tasks.
• Meet accuracy, quality and SLA targets, taking ownership of your work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 26 years experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and able to follow structured workflows.
• Able to work U.S.-aligned hours (6:00 a.m.6:00 p.m. PT coverage).
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is helpful.
