Supports strategic business decisions by forecasting, creating metrics, analyzing trends, and performing analysis. Able to understand month-end closing reconciliation and system integrations for general ledger posting.

Responsibilities:

• Internal/external communication
• Lease administration
• Payment validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor&rsquos Degree.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Lease Administration - Database and Financial management
• 2-3 years of core Vendor/Client Management

Preferred Skills:

• Good experience in Lease Administration.
