Getfive is a SEBI registered merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Along with the merchant banking division, the firm has also launched AIF – CAT 1.

Present Role – Financial Analyst 

Reporting – Private Equity Associate 

Key Responsibilities 

• Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates 

• Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses 

• Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking 

• Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution 

• Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis 

• Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes 

• Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments, including AIF related work 

Requirements: 

• Qualified CA/ Semi-qualified CA/MBA in finance 

• 0-3 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. 

• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling. 

• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
