Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst specializing in Equity and Trading, located in Gurugram. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing detailed financial reports, assisting in financial planning, and conducting equity and trading analysis. The role requires collaboration with team members to evaluate financial performance and support decision-making processes that align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software tools (Excel, financial systems)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in equity analysis or trading is beneficial

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and wealth management.

Experience in trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk.

Familiarity with NISM certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).

Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

Understanding of taxation for equity and crypto transactions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
