Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst who has strong financial acumen, a solid understanding of SEC filings, and an interest in financial modelling and research. The role demands analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a performance-driven and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and reviewing SEC documents and other regulatory filings.

• Building and updating financial models for credit analysis and tear sheet preparation.

• Performing financial spreading to support modelling and analytical work.

• Collecting data from company filings and external sources to maintain accurate sector and industry datasets.

• Executing and delivering customized data research requests as required.

• Analyzing quarterly earnings and preparing structured earnings summaries or snapshots.

• Demonstrating readiness to work in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Skills & Qualifications

CFA or CPA (Passed or Pursuing) preferred.

• Post-graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and analytical frameworks.

• Experience in Excel-based modelling and financial research (preferred but not mandatory for strong learners).

• Strong communication skills, analytical reasoning, and time management abilities.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced workflow, accuracy expectations, and tight deadlines.
