Job SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and projections to facilitate decision-making to the Commercial Leaders. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts by working with the commercial leaders in the region
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain key drivers for Top Line and Bottom Line.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and models for revenue, costs, headcount for senior management and highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Develop Monthly KPI's Management Reports and Dashboard
  • Partner with functional leaders (Sales, Operations, Accounting and Sales Ops) to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
  • Drive Cost Control Measures in the region and Sustain the Operating Margins as per the Budget and Forecast
  • Review Pricing for each product and monitor and provide insight into pricing to the General Manager and drive price increase initiative.
  • Ensure Revenue Recognition Process is followed as per the Rev Rec Policy and Partner with accounting team on revenue recognition review process as required.
  • Review of Sales Incentive and ensure correct accruals and payouts in line with the compliance as per the Beckman Financial Policy
  • Collaborate with Accounting team and drive Satisfactory rating on BEC LS Internal Audits in in the region.
  • Review of Demo Assets ageing and ensure the Demo Policy is followed for each transaction.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Good Team Member and work collaboratively with the cross functional team.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. M.com/MBA/CA-Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, OBI and EPM) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
