We're Hiring: Financial Analyst (Financial Modeling & Analytics)
Connext is looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling and analytical expertise to support data-driven decision-making across corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and accounting functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building complex Excel models, working with financial data, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy and business performance.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and optimize financial models in Excel from scratch
- Perform data-driven financial analysis to support business and operational decisions
- Validate, clean, and reconcile financial data
- Review and refine financial tools, models, and analytical frameworks
- Design and test financial exercises and problem sets
- Collaborate with leadership and domain experts on financial strategy and execution
- Ensure high accuracy and quality across all financial deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- At least 2 years of experience working with US GAAP
- Hands-on experience building financial models in Excel from scratch
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and data reconciliation
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and leadership teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
