Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for month-end reporting and managing the record-to-report (R2R) process. This role requires proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of financial reporting standards. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, which is essential for informed decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage the R2R process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting and analysis. - Utilize SAP for financial reporting and data management, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place. - Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights based on historical data and trends. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
