We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years in debt fundraising or financial services to join our Bangalore team. The role involves managing end-to-end debt fundraising activities, building relationships with lenders, and maintaining high-quality financial and investor data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating fundraising transactions and strong data management capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
Debt Fundraising & Execution:
. Identify and engage with banks, Non-Banking Financial Company, and financial institutions for debt funding
. Support and execute end-to-end debt fundraising transactions (term loans, working capital, structured finance)
. Prepare financial models, credit notes, and information memorandums
. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for timely data and documentation
. Manage due diligence processes and lender queries
Investor / Lender Relationship Management:
. Maintain regular communication with lenders and stakeholders
. Track discussions, negotiations, and deal progress
. Assist in structuring deals based on business requirements and market conditions
Data Management & Reporting (Critical Requirement):
. Maintain and update lender/investor databases with high accuracy
. Track deal pipelines, sanction status, disbursements, and repayments
. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and data integrity
. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic updates for management
. Organize financial records, agreements, and compliance documents
Compliance & Documentation:
. Ensure all fundraising activities comply with internal and external guidelines
. Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions
. Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and closures
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of Excel
- Master's degree or above in finance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in debt fundraising, corporate finance, banking, or Non-Banking Financial Company
- Strong understanding of debt instruments (term loans, working capital, Non-Convertible Debentures, etc.)
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
